Just Had Beijing Duck earlier,Beijing Duck is a famous duck dish from Beijing that has been prepared since the Yuan Dynasty, now considered one of China's national foods.But I don't care la Yuan Dynasty,Ying Dynasty ka or Tang Dynasty yang penting Sedap!! The taste that counts
The dish is prized for the thin, crispy skin with authentic versions of the dish serving mostly the skin and little meat, sliced in front of the diners by the cook.The meat is eaten with pancakes, spring onions and plum sauce.Here's how you do it..

Step 1-Order Beijing Duck

Mongolian Chicken Rice

Today I wanna Introduce to you a dish which can be consider unique and feeling to your belly. But first let me say that it's non-Halal. If you happen to be in Tawau and feelin hungry in the afternoon take a cab and go to the heart of the city. Tell the Cabbie " Itu Nasi Ayam Mongolia" that Mongolian Chicken Rice. Most of the Cabbies know where it is imagine the popularity! but if happen the cabbie dunno where it is you can always say "Electrolux!" because that particular shop just right opposite.


Mongolian Chicken Rice is a combination of Chicken, Chinese Sausage Lap Cheong,Chicken Sausage,Sambal Anchovies, Mushroom and Cucumber top up with special sauce.They even Serve you a Special Chicken feet and Beans Soup which is I find tasty.This Particular Dish Ranges RM 4 to RM 5 .

It has this taste like sweet and sour plus mild spice at the same time. I'll give a 4 out 5 rating.

Manners in the Plane

Just landed from Sandakan two days ago for work and I wanna share something that reminds everyone as a passenger boarding an airplane.My type of work involves alot in travelling and trust me very little time you'll get a peaceful in-flight environment.For Example,

1)Baby Cryin'
2)Passenger in front of you Lay down the seat while you're eating.
3)Group of Passengers Talkin in a Max Volume
4)Snorrin Passengers

and the list goes on..For me I don't really care about all those loud noises from baby or even Adults, simply because My Nintendo DS Keep me Company.. Plug-in Earphone and all those noises GONE!! I'm Consider myself a well-tolerated passengers..but

If there's Something I Can't Stand...

Is a passenger who doesn't know what manners is. That Day a Big Uncle sat next to me(I normally take the window) did everything I could possible don't wanna imagine.
1)Takin over one of my Arm rest
2)Turbo-Boost Snorin
3)Bad Body Odor
4)Dragon Breath

Sigh* Thank goodness flight duration took 45 minutes only.The Best has yet to come.. After the Captain order cabin crew to open the door.. at this time most of the passengers will stand up and open the Cabin luggage to get their belongings including the Big Uncle.
So..While everyone lining up waiting for their turn to get-off plane Guess What Happen?.. The Big Uncle unleash a BIG FART! in the middle of the Queue Line!I've got so disgusted and Luckily i choose to sit back and wait for everyone to get-off and i'll follow the last queue..

Enough of that Let me Introduce you to a place for Dim Sum in Sandakan, As we all know there's alot of great food in Sandakan.

Hotel Malaysia's Dim Sum

It's located next to Hotel Malaysia right in the heart of town.Sorry I forgot to take a shot on the restaurant.There's one Particular Dim sum which is my favorite ..Red Pai Kut..or Red Pork Ribs.. I hope i got it right.

What do you think? Cheap? Affordable? I Think so ,It's a great place for breakfast.I'll remember to take a shot at the Restaurant on my next trip.

Hyatt Punya Chinese Restaurant

Couple of days ago..Sir George Receive a Golden Ticket From Hyatt..not really a ticket la..just a Membership card haha..It helps to give discount for whatever you eat in within Hyatt and also
some other participatin outlet outside.


Not a Credit Card..

Well .. Sir George just figure that maybe it's time to put it to work!.. And decided to try on the Hyatt punya Chinese Restaurant. This particular restaurant normally serves Dim Sum in the morning and Chinese style Cooking in the evening.

I would say, Go for the morning session Hyatt punya Chinese Restaurant, trust me the Dim Sums taste better.

Sate+ABC a must Try!

Ever Heard of food combo like Fish+Chips,Maccaroni+Cheese and Popcorn+Movie I'm sure you do.But Here in sandakan there something call Sate+ABC.I've been always wanted to promote this great food combo.For anyone who stayed over in Sandakan doesn't matter for leisure,work or just for the sake of Stayin over you must Try this magnificent food.I was introduced to this Sate+ABC over 3 years ago and everytime i stayed over sandakan for work i will not miss this sate+ABC. Well I almost had it for once a month it's just too good, unless the shop is close or i arrive too late.

New Combo

ABC available from morning to 6pm however Sate only available from 3 pm to 6 pm also subject to the crowd on that day.One day i arrive at 5:15pm and all the sate already sold out.So be there before 5pm to be safe.
Sate consist of Beef or chicken serve with sauce which cost RM0.40 a stick previously but now RM 0.50 a stick



The reason why i enjoy this ABC so much,it's because of the Fruits that you'll find filled with Avocado,watermelon,papaya,sometime mango, red bean,sago and showered with Snow Ice.Now ain't that feel refreshing.The ABC cost RM3.30 a pop.



Mouth waterin? While you at it you might wanna order slices of bread cost RM 1, to compliment with the sate sauce.
The Shop is very easy to locate,no matter where you are when you head to town with a cab, just say BSN(Bank Simpanan Nasional), its just two lots away from BSN.If you're walkin around town just look for KFC and walk down the same block until you reach Alliance Bank and you'll see lots of smoke comin out of a shop across the street.


Shin Cheong Loong

Shop called "Sin Cheong Loong" and trust me sate+ABC is a must try.But the only drawback is that smoke covering the shop thanks to the sate grill.

Well'ive just finish mine..burp~~. Gotta head back and sniff*sniff* Oh..Man.. now i Smell like sate!
